Guage Cluster - very dim

In my 1995 PA (regular, non-ultra) my guage cluster is very dim at night.
Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to brighten it?

The dimmer switch is to the left of the steering column on the dash. It should say "Panel Lights".

Ive had this car for 2+ years and I enver paid attention to that...
