Using a GSR head on your LS makes what is called an LS/VTEC. If you search them either on Yahoo! or www.honda-tech.com you can find out more about them and how to build one.
The B20 is of no use to you...you wont see any substantial gains, if at all...

 Most B20 heads are the same as the LS heads. Even with the ones that aren't the same, they won't give you much of a power gain.
