Proper door removal
I've need to replace a damaged door on my 1991 LX. I've been told two different ways to remove the door.
1. remove the front fender to access the hinge bolts. (I know there's much more to this) 2. clip off the bottom of the hinge pins and remove the door much like you would a door in your house. Number 2 appears to be the easier of the two, but can I get replacement pins? Local Ford dealer says you can't. Is there a better way?? Marc |

Re: Proper door removal
ive goten a set of door pins for my 90 lx from autozone, it was like 2 or 3 bucks for a set of 2, just curious, why do you need to remove the door?
