Idle Air Control could need to be cleaned and lubricated. It's right on top of the throttle body. It looks like a little electric motor with some wires running into it. Take the 2 8mm screws out and spray the cavities on the IAC with some WD40. Should help it some. IF it doesn't you need to get a new one.
