Exclamation 1994 Clio Campus 1.2L ... help ... weird problem

I have a 1994 Renault Clio RL Campus 1.2 Liter Petrol Engine. Recently the car stated acting weird ... When I low down and then try to speed up again the car has no power, and sometimes it seems to be choking ... also when I try to pull away and the rod is uphill the car chokes and then sometimes the engine stops ...

When going uphill the car has NO POWER AT ALL ... Now in order to go up a hill I have to go in 1st gear and it barely akes it ... If it is in 2nd or 3rd it chokes and the engine dies ...

I tried everything I could think of: I changed all 4 spark plugs, I changed the Oil and oil filter.

Now, I am simply out of Ideeas ...

When you start the car, the car starts right away and also when I rev the engine there is no problem at all , but whenever the road is uphill it just dies ..

Please help me ... I have no ideea on what to do.
