Transmission help....
I have a 93 cutlass ciera, the tranny was slipping for a while and then, it almost completely quit, anyone know off the top of their head how hard it is to replace a tranny on a ciera? does the motor need to be taken out? any help is greatly appreciated!

Re: Transmission help....
Welcome to AF. A lift is the ideal way, you will need a suppoort brace to hold the engine in place, the axles have to come out, and the subrame dropped, of course some sort of trans jack or other similar device is required to remove the unit, step by step is at autozone.com, repair guides, I believe.
