memphis amp.. trade for accord parts..

I have a Memphis amp... PR1000.1

1,000 watss @ 1ohm

it is used, it works.... but gives a weird sound while playing.

im not sure if it was coming from the amp, but i think it was...

im looking for parts for my 94 accord, 4 door.....
