I know the feeling. I was out of work for almost 4 weeks, comp finally sent a check, took it to the bank to day and it BOUNCED!!!!!!

Best part of it is our comp is administered through a liar's office, and the contact person isn't returning phone calls. Last message I left was pretty blunt, if this isn't resolved by Friday morning I turn the bad check over to the local PD for them to prosecute.
