How do you adjust 1-piece halos......?

Hey, I have been running my 1 piece halo headlights for a while now, and have HIDs in them, problem is the headlights point too low and definately need to be up more, how do you adjust them to point more up on these headlights, I'm hoping one of you with them knows how so I can see more the 10 ft in front of me at night lol.

don't you adjust the bracket? Sorry it has been a while since I saw the headlights on a 97 but I though there where two bolts you could adjust the light via bracket. I could be wrong though
