1999 Burb in & out of open loop
7.4 L 454. Coolent temp steady at 199 degrees. Driving with scanner attached, the system toggles back and forth from closed loop to open loop. Idles rough too. New up stream 02 sensors, new cam position sensor, new fuel pressure regulator.
