Horn won't stop!!!
Help!! The horn on my son's 91 PA won't stop. It sounds like when an alarm goes off, pulsing on and off. I tried pulling the horn relay, but that won't stop it, so I've disconnected the horns at the connectors. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. I'm also havng the same problem with my wife's 91 98TS so I'm posting the same request on that forum. Thanks.

Re: Horn won't stop!!!
Was there an alarm system on the car? You can also pull the fuse for the horn. Must be a short in the wiring somewhere.

Re: Horn won't stop!!!
Both the PA and olds 98 are doing the same thing. With the olds I ruled out the alarm as the culprit, so I'm assuming that it's not the alarm on the PA. I'm wondering if there's another relay in the circuit under the dash. I thought that if a wire is shorting, the horn would run continuously.

Re: Horn won't stop!!!
You must have pulled the wrong relay. Here's a wiring diagram if the above post doesn't help.
