Thumbs up Windstar info

Hey, new to this forum, just some info for all the windstar owners.
I just bought a intake/gasket set from partstrain.com for $117 with s/h. It comes with a new valve cover, 6 intake gaskets, one plenum gasket, tb gasket, vacuum line, pcv repl, and 8 isolator bolts. It's made by Dorman and listed as an intake manifold on the website. I have had to replace the gaskets and such on my windstar more than once and this is the best price I have found to get everything in one shot.

Re: Windstar info

Hopefully they've fixed the problems they were having with that kit:

Re: Windstar info

Well no problems yet, we'll see. I have had to replace the gaskets for the intake a few times now, the van has 160k on it. the only problems I ever have it's always the same thing. I saw the kit and got it bc of price, everytime I bought the stuff from Ford it costs twice a s much. The parts all seem to be quality and they fit/worked without any problems. I'll repost if I have any problems. Thanks for the info
Rob
