Problem #1 even on the highway 210deg about 8000mi ago i put a flex-a-lite monster flx-280 550cfm puller ele fan no problem till now.Hot summer months n0 problem i flushed /powerwashed the rad changed the thermostat and new prestone coolant.Problem #2 the fan draws 28 amps and i think its killing my alt when my fan kicks on @195 deg my volts go down to 10.My alt output is 13.5 @ idel w/no acc. on.Any suggestions appreciated.no coolant loss @ all scratching my head thinking maby the timing is advanced somehow .. ill put a light on it and see ...

Its a 5.7 liter i put the tbi power charger kit it and that allowed me to hear my injectors clicking damn 270bux to hear the click the injector police are @ my door ... now has 198324 and same temp , no coolant loss timing checks out fine maby i should get an aftermarket temp guage and compare the 2 .Maby some crrosion cloged in the radiator.I noticed a dribble on the drivers side injector which would explain the rough idel, hope there is a fix for that,the injectors are big $$$.Is 210 deg constant nothing to worry about i love my truck and 1st sign of any wrong im trying to fix her b4 she dumps and pukes.Trying to think is there such thing as a weak water pump any way to test it ... thankyou for reading the babble "ahh we all share the love for the auto" thanks again
