03 cavalier engine surge, high idle when getting off highway.
i just got an 03' cavalier and sometimes the rpm gauge surges from 500 to 1000 rpm's when i push in the clutch or when i am in neutral; when i get off the highway it idles at around 2000 rpm's. i was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this.
