1994 cutlass supreme three problems

Hello I just purchased a 1994 cutlass supreme convertible with the 3.1L engine and have the following issues -

-Climate control, I have the manual climate control and experience the following with the A/C or vent mode - I accelerate the vehicle and then the blower continues to operate but the air stops coming out of the front vents.

-Gas gauge, the gauge works but does not stay consistant. The gauge moves upto one mark with no incline or cornering movements.

-Cruise control, the cruise functions but when you use the ACC it drops out.
