replacing e brake equalizer (95 jimmy sls)
hey guys i am just looking for some info on on how to replace the e brake equalizer correctly as the truck i am working on the old one rusted in half and broke

If that rusted have a good look at all of the other steel lines and fitting.
The big problem may be getting the line and fittings lose. Good brake line wrenches will help. If ABS brakes and you let air get into the ABS system it requires a ABS capable scanner and a couple of combination valve depressors to bleed the system. Good luck MT

What do you mean by e brake? Are you talking about the emergency brake??

To replace the park brake equalizer, the upper return springs must be removed first, then you can slide the equalizer bar in place and reinstall the springs.
