91 3.1 Will start if I give it gas but won't idle
If I give it gas, it will start. It will not idle though. It has a brand new fuel pump, filter, lines etc. I pulled it in the garage to replace the carpet, disconnected the battery, replaced the carpet and now it won't start nor stay running. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Just a thought.... the ECM could've gotten zapped when you reconnected the battery... my 93 had similar problems and turned out the ECM was bad, loading the engine up with fuel at idle.

Idle Air Controller... about a 60.00 dollor part that takes less the ten minutes to change on a Beretta...
and there is a idle relearn procedure it MUST go through to run right again...
