98 lifter breaking routine?
I need to know if when having routine maintainance, does the lifter routinely break when a fuel filter is changed? Also, I know it varies by area of country, but what would a new lifter cost, and do I need a new electrical package also? Thanks to all of you who know what you are doing!!

My lifter's don't break on a fuel filter change.
What vehicle & motor are you referring too?
