Re: 77 cj7 renegade 304
For a 30 year old vehicle, there's no financial reason to rebuild; it's a labor of love (and a place to put your surplus ca$h)
If you love the vehicle, start ordering parts for your resto. If not, then you may be better off with $350 in your pocket. Good luck with the project! Got any pics?

Re: 77 cj7 renegade 304
I agree with Fred. When it comes to Jeeps there really is no reason to restore or rebuild one except for the fact that you just like it. Even on vehicles with really good market value that are restored the cost of the restoration usuallyy exceeds what the car would really be worth. On the other hand, before you go and sell it for $350, you could get more money parting it out! If you like it fix it, if not part it out and keep some of the stuff you can use on your other projects.
