Alot Of Problems Help!

I have a 2001 Lincoln LS and when I accelerate to pull off fast my check engine light starts blinking and the air cuts off and you can feel heat blowing or maybe I think it's heat because the air is off. The air doesn't come back on until the check engine light stops blinking. I have just had the spark plugs changed, 4 coils, 02 sensor and fuel pump replaced. I had my fuel injector cleaned and my gaskets were changed last year but I was told there is a leak in it now. WHY ME! I had all of that changed due to the current jerking that the car makes when accelerating. All of that was changed and the car is still jerking, not starting on the first try, blowing heat while accelerating, the horn doesn't work, functions on steering wheel not functioning correctly, back window stopped working again. Atleast it did stop stalling when I pulled off from rest. ONE THING FIXED.

My main issue that we can't solve is what else can we do to solve the jerking because the mechanic suggested to change the other 4 coils and get new gaskets but I don't think it will make a difference being that it didn't even help with the jerking that much after changing 4 coils that were registering.

Autozone's printout named several things such as MAF senosr default and something about bank 2 default. I don't have it with me now, sorry.

HELP!!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR A GIRL WHO IS TIRED OF SPITTING OUT MONEY ON THIS RIDE.

Wow!

Let's see...
Don't worry. All is not lost.
It would be a good idea to start with the codes that were pulled up. Post the codes and we can try to help you out.

Re: Alot Of Problems Help!

I left the paper at home again. Will surely bring it to work with me tomorrow. I had it out going over it and also went back to Autozone to check on how much a new MAF sensor would be. It will cost $129 for that part. I was told that the MAF sensor can cause problems like the jerking if it needs replacing. I will bring codes tomorrow. Thanks.

AutoZone printout
Troubleshooting P0175
Definition: Fuel Trim Bank 2 Condition
Explanation: The ECM has detected a rich or lean air/fuel ratio condition on engine bank 2
Probable Causes:
1. If bank on and two are set together suspect a fuel condition or MAF sensor fault
2. Failed H02S21
3. Ignition misfire condition
4. Fuel injector problem
5. Engine mechanical condition
The PCM has determined that during testing, the fuel system for rbank 2 was too rich. (Bank 1 identifies the location of cylinder #1, while bank 2 identifies the cylinders on the opposite bank)

Troubleshooting P0302
Definition: Cylinder misfire detected - cylinder number 2
Explanation: The powertrain control module monitors the crankshaft speed and has detected a misfire condition
Probable causes:
1. Ignition system fault-spark plugs
2. Vaccum leak
3. Injector fault
4. High or low fuel pressure
The PCM has determined that a misfire has occured in cylinder #2.

We have had all spark plugs changed for the second time within a year. The last time was last week.

Gaskets changed last year.

4 plugs changed last week

Fuel pump changed

Fuel injector cleaned

O2 sensor replaced last week

See your other thread (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul....php?t=704481). To eliminate double posting, I'm going to close this thread.

Please note that in the future, there's no need to post a question on a related thread, then start a new thread of the same topic.
