92' ninety eight won't start

help, when trying to start car everything works, but no clicking siloniod to turn starter, all dash board lights work. tried putting in neutral and tried the spare key just in case.

first check batt connections are clean, may have enough amps to run lights but not enough to turn over. next check the selinoid. You may have to take off the cover of ouboard fuze panel. You can put a trouble light on it or voltmeter and have someone try ign. shoul have 12 v. You can also "jump" the selinoid with a small wire from the "hot" side to the small terminal with ign. on and see if it turns over. another "trick" isn't as easy, jumper cables from another batt source direct to starter.Put your poss on the starter poss first (large post on starter comming from batt) then touch your neg to stater. Be carefull you probably will have the car jacked up unless your 90 lbs! If the starter doesn't turn over that probably the culprit. God Bless, mark
