Service Vehicle Soon light HELP!

I have a 2000 Malibu. Tonight while I was out my service vehicle soon light came on. I have no dashboard lights, no fog lights, no lights in the back of the car.

The brake lights and turn signal lights work though.

Checked all the fuses associated with each device and they are OK

Any thoughts on what to check?

TIA

Ryan

Thanks for the suggestion. Is there a certain way to remove the relays . I tried just pulling it out but they are in there pretty good. Since I never did this before don't want to make matters worse by breaking one of the relays.

TIA

Ryan
