76-78 Sevilles :Troubleshooting experts out there?

I bought a perfect 76 Seville w/ 60 K miles, little old lady too old to drive anymore,(honest!)but now after 4 years and a few hundred miles, it has a few issues.
BUZZER ; stays on for the most part
(dont know what its purpose was,but sounds like seatbelt or light type buzz)remains on (ign on or off doesnt matter) somewhere under steering column.
If I turn the radio on the buzzing stops.
