i need this question answerd aswell, if anyone can give a step, by step on this, 2001 grand prix se 4 door, rear passenger window (automatic windows)

No sure about the rear window glass but I would assume it is the same. For the front window glass, if you remove the window motor assembly and tilt the glass 45% (down toward the front), you can back the glass out of the door from the top/handle side.

(I was replacing my front passenger window motor and after I unbolted two screws securing it to the lifter and was hand lifting it up to tape it with 1 hand, the glass literally came out when the front was lower than the back. So I know the glass should come up from the top)
