Question non-turbo2.0 to turbo 2.0 swap..NEED HELP

what all has to be done when doing this swap. the turbo motor is coming from a lazer and going into an eclipse. will the computers have to be swapped? any help is appreciated

What are you trying to do? Swap a turbo motor into a NT car? What year eclipse are you trying to do this in?

this is a 93 eclipse. the lazer is the same body style. im wanting to put the 2.0 turbo in a non turbo car. i know nothing about mitsubishis and any help would be appreciated.
i read the FAQ...ok. no help there...

The 93s had the 4g63nt so it should pretty much be a direct swap. You might have to change the ECU but everything should pretty much be the same.

Yes you will need a turbo ECU and wiring harness.

The Purple People Eater will ride again... January 2011 can't come soon enough.

thats all? is it hard to change the wiring harness? does it run through the firewall? ecu inside cab or inside engine compartment? thanks again...whats the hp difference in these motors?

It goes from 130hp to 195hp. The ECU is behind your radio.

Yes, it will be a harder swap. Not because its difficult, but because you have made it obvious that you dont know what you are doing. I'm really not trying to be a dick here, but you should definately do some reading before you go through with it.

What years are the cars involved?
