Amp Help
Hi,
Just installed a new amp: Rockford Fosgate... Now when I turn the bass up it comes out from all speakers heavier than I want it to. It should be comming out from the subs more... What do I do? Have I messed up the connections? How do I know what cord goes where... Thanks! |

Re: Amp Help
not sure what my tweeter or midrange speakers are... I have the new amp with all the cords plugging into it and also another amp for the bass sub.

Re: Amp Help
sounds like your high pass filter is set too low.

Re: Amp Help
Did you use the pass thru cables from your sub amp to your new one?

Re: Amp Help
not sure, when I put the new amp in I just plugged everything back to where it was in the old one. I am trying to figure out how to turn the bass off in the speakers and turn the bass up in the amp...

Re: Amp Help
try raising your highpass on the speakers*
this is assuming that by bass you are talking about subs. |
