B16A all motor or B16A Turbo
i have a 97 hatch with a B16A block and GSR head I am stock up between those two choices I dont know what should I invest in all motor or Turbo but the thing is that where I'm from there is no dyno i'm trying to buy a hondata ECU the best out there from what i've heard but i dont know if i will be abel to program it the way it supose to be. any suggestions???

before you do anything you need to do A LOT more research, and figure out exactly what your goals are, youll also need a good tune with a N/A motor as well as a F/I motor

ok i really want to go with the turbo but i have a question how am I going to program my ECU i spoke to the guys at hondata they told that I need to put the car on dyno or else there is no way to program it so what can I do?

Do what everyone else does. Either drive the car to a tuner, using a base map (I'd advise against this). Or get your car towed to a tuner.
Here's a link to a thread on Honda-Tech.com that has a list of tuners for each state: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/1347699 Massachusetts really isn't that big of a state, so one of those places shouldn't be too far from you. I live directly in the center of NY state, and some people around here travel all the way down to eastern Pennsylvania to get it tuned by Evan's Tuning; which is just about 200 miles away (there are other places closer, but they're known for doing a great job). But 200 miles is a further trip than going from 1 corner of Mass to the other. If you're serious about performance, you need to get it tuned; for 2 reasons. For one, you need the car to be reliable so you don't destroy your engine and have to start all over again. And two, it's pointless to spend a bunch of $ if you're not going to get the most out of it, and without a tune it's not going to be at it's full potential. As the sayings go "you got to pay to play" & "do it right or don't do it at all". There is no easy way out, like some kind of be all, end all chip that you can just throw in; it has to be done right.
