I had an accident and now have to replace (you know there is like a metal plate behind the front bumper, and its held by two heads, they are located just under the radiator, they have these curves on them so in case of an accident they shrink and the frame doesn't get damaged) how are those heads called???

You are probably talking about collapsible "crush zones", you are probably going to have to get these from the dealer.
