Re: Replacing door window seals
On my 91 and 92 once I had the interior door trim panel off it was easy. The outside lower trim rubber wiper simply pry's off the outside door metal skin and the new one presses back on. You may have to remove the rear view mirror mount to get the entire trim piece loose. The inside lower trim rubber wiper is attached to the interior trim panel, I have not had to mess with this one yet. The window seal that runs around the upper and sides window frame will pull out of the door frame when the window is down.
While your in the door frame make sure the window regulator (all the moving parts) are lubricated.

Re: Replacing door window seals
Appreciate that reply. I was fearing the glass had to come out. I'll go ahead then as my seals are crumbling away. Thanks again.

Re: Replacing door window seals
I used a white grease on the window regulator joints and slider at the bottom. I am not sure what the correct lubricant is.

Re: Replacing door window seals
I would think a clear silicone lubricant or even vasoline perhaps

Re: Replacing door window seals
You dont need any lubricant to replace the window seals. But while you have the door panel off it wouldn't hurt to lube the window track. Vasoline or a silicon based lube like ukdavid mentioned will work fine.
