Heater won't work right - 1995 325i

This discribes my current situation exactly (see below) except that I have a 1995 325i.

Does anybody know why this is happening?

I have a 1993 325I-M50-4sp auto. The heater will not blow hot air until a load is applied to the engine. As long as I am moving, I get hot air, as soon as I stop the air cools off until I rev the engine or start driving again. I flushed the radiator and replaced with dexa cool and bled the air using the bleeder screw but still no change. Any ideas?
