I Need a column lock

I've searched the web for a column lock but only come up with ones you put on when you park the car. I have seen one that you can drive the car with on it just keeps thugs and their thuglings from breaking the column. It's a metal band that wraps around the column tightly and secures with six hex or allen screws. It looks pretty low profile. When I ask people where they got it, it's always "A friend got it for me" I can't seems to find them anywhere. Anybody seen what I am talking about? It's not these huge bright coloured boxes that clamp around your column.

Re: I Need a column lock

No, the one I'm talking about is one that you can drive with it on the column. It's not to prevent the steering wheel from moving only to prevent column breakage. It's usually the same colour as the column and fits snugly. Although I have seen a chrome on once on a ghetto car.
