Tire Recommendations - GAGT 225/50 16
Was just curious about recommendations for tires...looking for an all season that performs well in rain/snow. Right now, I have 'Road Huggers' on my car and I wasn't pleased. they're equal to my old Eagle RSA's, but are noisy as hell on the highway and shake...plus, for the $150 a piece for GoodYears, they're not the greatest in rain/snow...thanks.

Re: Tire Recommendations - GAGT 225/50 16
Eagle RSA and GTs are not realy an all season tire IMO.
Most Grand ams came with them stock. I was only getting about 15-20k miles on them ![]() Right now all three of my newest vehicles have Good year Assurance triple treads. They are all season but run about the same price , but they have a 80k mile warranty. Which several other brands have been offering lately, but I havent tried them myself to recommend them or not. Can check out the www.tirerack.com for comparitive pricing search too.

Re: Tire Recommendations - GAGT 225/50 16
BF Goodrich traction t/a. My wife's Beetle (insert joke, go ahead, I've heard them all, especially about the pink eyelashes on it) has a set of them on it and they were great last winter in the snow. When I had my ga, I ran BFG g-force kdw in the summer and the meanest snow tires I could find for winter. Car was low to the ground and absolutely horrible in the snow, but with 4 good snows on it I didn't have too much trouble if I went easy on it.
