Best drift ever

Went out to lunch today with some of the guys I work with, and we decided all to pile into one of the guys' truck. Ford Super Duty with the Powerstroke Diesel, Superchips ECU flash, big ass magnaflow exhaust...

Dually.

We were heading out down a pretty wide open road, moving pretty good, when we noticed we were comming up on the turn for the restaraunt. The guy driving just gets a smirk and goes "check this out."

So there we were, big ass Ford Super Duty Dually, ass hanging out around the turn, and he snaps it back around just right to line us up for the enterance to the parking lot.

We just drifted a diesel dually. Stick that in your 240's tailpipe and smoke it.

Re: Best drift ever

yeah, i keep hearing about people drifting trucks. That lightweight bed and big engine can make alot of difference- especially if it's a diesel beast! was the truck RWD? -i don't know my trucks that well
The NEED a drift circuit for trucks. it'd be ridiculous to see those things blaze around the track. Unfair to race them against cars, but still...

Re: Best drift ever

I would love to see a dually on the same track as a drift car. Coolest thing ever. And as soon as it starts to loose, it just rams the car off the road.

Re: Best drift ever

there is a reason a big dually truck is not being used as a drifter in competition, just try that slide on a real track with transfers and you'll found out why.
