Durango 5amp battery drain IOD fuse

I have a 2000 Durango pulling 5.0 amps from the 15 amp IOD fuse. The drain is not 100% constant, some days it is only 0.2 then it may spike to 5.0 out of nowwhere. It will even spike and decrease when sitting completely still in my driveway. I have dismantaled the entire dash unplugging anything and everything I could. Radio, cigarette lighter, door locks, window motors, seat motor and each swith from headlights to rear defogger. I unhooked the alternator and A/C compressor. Unhooking anything I could find and still pulling 5.0 amps. Since it is pulling so much I wonder if anyone has any other ideas or been down this road before. Thanks for any advise. Brent
