XFI question
I was lead to believe that the XFI used a fuel preheat system just prior to the TBI. Is that correct?

Re: XFI question
Not that I know of. The later three cylinders, like 96 and newer, had a mixture heater after the throttle body, but it only runs during the warmup cycle.

Re: XFI question
+1 Woodie. There is a heater plate between the throttle body and the intake manifold on obdII TBI cars. Its emission stuff. Coolant runs through the throttle body in order to prevent throttle plate binding in cold weather.
