Exclamation 90 P/U - Head Gasket

THere is antifreeze in the oil so my asumption is that I have a blown head gasket. I've been working on Mazda Rotary Engines so my knowledge is limited when it comes to the S10. I'm just wondering if there are any manuals, step by step Head Gasket changes ect, and what I should also change when I change it.

Motors and chiltons and haynes have repair manuals.
Also All Data DIY repair online sub have repair procedures.

But I would check the intake gasket real close before replacing the head gaskets.

Could an intake gasket leak antifreeze into the oil?
