Factory package??

I'm looking at buying a '95 K2500 with a 454. It has placards on the side indicating it has a Banks Power Pack. The air cleaner assembly looks to be cast aluminum and says its a ram air system. Looks to have tubular headers also.
Was this a factory package from GM, or an aftermarket one? I've seen the Banks systems for 7.4L motorhomes, but nothing was listed on their website for SUVs.

I'm also wondering about the asking price. The carpet was removed, and there is significant wear on the leather seats, no tears just lots of cracking front and back. Both mirrors need to be replaced. 157K miles. Exterior looks like new. They're asking $5500, I'm thinking maybe $5000.

I'n not 100 percent sure but I would almost say that this is not Factory.
