WRC team cars, doesnt get any better than 2 GT4's!

hey, here are some pics of my favourite car on my shelf, the celica GT4 ST185 rally car, the #7 car i built 3 years ago, the #3 car was built early this year, i put alot of effort inot this car, as it is the whole reason i am into cars, it has been my dream car for the last 13 years(and im 16), well, enjoy!comments and critiscism always welcome.im working on a diorama at the moment for the #3 car, its based on a hairpin turn at the edge of a cliff on the monte carlo rally, its quite large.
the #3 car, may not look it, but it is substantially better than the #7 in person, the paint is MUCH better/glossier, instead of using the crap peaice of fake mesh for the bonnet scoop, on the #3 cAr i used an intercooler, with a TTE(toyota team eurpoe sticker on it, then put tamiya mesh over, looks much more realistic, you can see it in the st pic, also, there as a red strap holding the spare down, and many more added details that the 1st didnt have,

Looking real nice. The only thing I would suggest is that you paint the wheel nuts and centre on the NO 7 car and also there should be a black trim around the rear light lenses as well.Other than that good job.

That's a nice pair of GT4's you have there. I think that kit was my first rally car - the start of a downhill spiral! I guess you'll be happy that some of the ST-185 aftermarket decals are available again. Now if only Studio 27 would re-release the Ian Duncan "Flying Sausage" Safari machine.

Looks like MediaMix Hobby still has the Catalunya/RAC 1992 sheet available, which has the Marlboro decals in it.
