|
exhaust flex section needs replacing\ 93 sl 1
Its leaking exhaust near the front of the car. Can I hacksaw both sides of the mesh portion of this manifold down-pipe and replace this section with a generic flexible section with the same o.d.? it's really beat to hell.

Im sure its possible to replace that flex with one of the 'corrugated' tube sections - but I cant imagine getting it leak free. Still it might be better than the leak you have now.
