Chevelle Conv Body Mount Question

I'm a novice tackling a body off restoration of a 72 Chevelle convertible. I'm at the point where I'm putting the body back on the frame and have purchased a new body mount bushing kit and new body mount hardware kit. According to the installation instructions received it looks like there are 7 mounting positions. My question is how many mounts are located on each side of the frame at position 2? It looks like there should be 2 on each side of the frame but the kits only allow for 1 mount on each side at position 2. Position 2 is where the torq boxes on the bottom of the cowl attached to the frame.

One on each side. You should be able to tell by rubbing your hand on the surface. One spot will be smooth the other will have a pattern were the original bushing location caused buy rust.

The frame is newly refurbished and powder coded so there is no tell tale signs of where the mounts were. The body which is currently undergoing extensive rejuvination may be of some help however. I'll look at it, thanks for the suggestion.

You have 14 mounts plus the radiator. Order a convertible kit they are different.
