2001 voyager gauges pegged

Tried to start the 2001 chyrsler Voyager (197000 miles) and the barttery was dead, but noticed the digita odometer was on. Came back after work and jump started it. Once it was running all the gauges except temperture were pegged (traveled as far as they could). When the engine was reeved the gauges would jump up. Any clue? Maybe the body contrl moduale (bmc). It also would not charge itself up. Thank you for any leads.

Re: 2001 voyager gauges pegged

I have seen that happen on my Mothers 2000 Chrylser Voyager.

We did 2 things to it, 1 Removed the battery and reconnected.

2 Drove it for a few minutes, It seemed to reset itself.

Not sure if i helped by this, But its worth a shot.
