Re: Starter Problems

I had that same problem where it started fine and the next time I went to start it, it did not start at all. So you did check if you were getting 12V from the battery to the starter when someone would turn it over? It can happen but usually starters do not just go out all the sudden. With me, it turned out that up my positive line under the insulation it had corroded. I simpily snipped it, cut the insulation, and bolted it back up. I was having the exact same symptoms you are having too, everything works except the starter. If you have not taken a voltmeter form the battery to the starter and then have someone try and start it to see if it reads 12V under a load, I would definately try that.
