Question ...any ideas?

I have a 94 civic cx hatch with a newly swapped d16z6 in it.

Heres the problems.

1) I put a new clutch in it as part of the swap. Once I started the car (after everything was bled) I couldn't get it into gear, and the petal was very floppy. I tried all I could think of and finally took it to a shop where they determined that the clutch was faulty and I needed a new one. 800 dollars later the clutch still feels floppy, but it works now. (feel is not even like stock).

2) Also the brakes were swapped all four corners with integra GSR ones. Now they work (scary) but they go to the floor and the petal doesn't feel hard. I didn't change the proportioning valve or master cylinder because I have read you do need to change it and I have read you don't. Now I have seen that this is common if you dont change the prop valve (DOH) but do I need to change the MC? And if I do I will have to change the brake booster also?

My car hates me...I need to find a priest and have an exorcism!

If your still with me this far, thanks in advance.

Re: ...any ideas?

have you tried tightening your clutch cable?? also check your mc and brake boost to see if they are leaking along the firewall..mine does a little in the crx but my brakes still work fine..

Re: ...any ideas?

92 + is hydraulic clutch so there is no adjustment that I am aware of. But thanks I will check and see if I have a leak but like I said it was all fine before the swap, I think I just need the prop valve and/or MC but I am not sure.
