2007 Roof Rack Adjustment

Needing to know how to adjust the roof rack on my 2007 CR-V. I bought a cargo pack and I need more room between the racks to make it fit.

Anyone have any ideas on how to do this? I don't see any obvious buttons/locks to move the rails.
