no power to whiper motor, power windows, dome light

have a weird one. we were haven't problems with dome light staying on and were pulling fuse. now we have no power to shiper motor, power windows and dome light, or interior lights. checked fuse, it's fine. anyone have any ideas. this is a 1995 ford windstar with 3.8 liter

I tried looking up the fuse listings for my '96.
I did not come up with anything specific.
You might try checking the fuses in the power distribution box (engine compartment) as this is where the power to the fuses in the fuse panel (I/P) comes from.
I tried reading through the circuit listings for my '96, and it would seem that any of these fuses that would cause the things you mention would either keep you from starting the engine, or shifting into gear.
However, the circuits could have been changed from what you have in your '95.

My front power windows each have a fuse, 1 for driver side, another for passenger side without other things on the circuit.
