Bone head jump

My cousin had my car yesterday, he left the key in the on position and drained the battery. When he tried to jump it he put the contacts on the wrong battery post. He said he caught it when he saw some smoke. The wires got hot but he corrected them and the car started right up. Since this happened my car seems to be driving normal but the followings things aren't working:

1. My radio has no display and wont come on.
2. My digital face on my climate control shows nothing.
3. My climate control doesn't work (either zone).
4. My keyless entry/alarm dosen't work.

Can anyone please help me determine what could be the problems.

Thanks

Re: Bone head jump

your other thread about this issue was deleted. It is against AF policy to have two posts with the same subject matter, as it doesn't help to get an answer faster, it just clutters up the forums. Please review the AF guidlines about posting duplicate threads.

Check for blown fuses in the main underhood relay/fuse center, as well as the battery cables and grounds for charred/burnt/melted wires.
