Try deleting this if you can lol cause you're gonna hear it!

Do some searching around this forum, on www.3si.org, www.stealth316.com, to learn about our cars. It depends on how much money you have to spend, and how much power you're going for. But some of the common turbos are 13Gs, 15Gs, 14Bs, big Evo3 16Gs, 19Ts, etc etc there's way too many to choose from, so you have a lot of reading, learning, and deciding to do to figure out which turbos to get. Welcome to the site, good luck, and feel free to ask questions after you read some.

Re: What do you think? which turbo for the 3000?

here is a good thread on the 19T turbos. they are a TD04 turbo which means its a bolt-on upgrade. they have been proven to produce 500 hp. EVO turbos, especially the EVOIII 16G is a TD05 turbo which requires aftermarket headers or adapter plates to mate up to the 3000GT.

Wow, no bashing at all.

If youre just looking for a little more, 13g's are the way to go.

Re: What do you think? which turbo for the 3000?

^^ Yeah if you want a minor turbo upgrade 13G's may not be a bad route to go but I don't think I would ever have 13G's unless I was doing a TT conversion and the I might just opt for the 13G's instead of the 9B's.

assuming he has a TT to begin with

are you upgrading turbos on a current TT, or looking to do a TT conversion/swap?
