I've installed two - on my Ford's. Both of mine were Bulldog products. Go to bulldogsecurity.com and click the vehicle wiring diagrams, oldsmobile.........They don't diagram for you but will detail the color for each wire and/or how to test it etc. If you happen to be installing a Bulldog product, they make T harness connectors for many makes which leave only a few lines for you to tap - ground, brake on/off, running lights etc.
