completely drain battery

I put a JVC CD audio Player in my Continental and my battery kept dieing.........One day I notice my car would not coming on even when I tried to jump my car but I notice the radio lights were on even when I disconnect the jumper cables...............

So other words if a battery gets completely drain shouldnt i beable to still jump it....

Depends on the condition if the jumper battery, and mostly, the cables you're using need to be able to handle 400/600 amps.. Some 4/0 welding cable makes great jumpers, but the HD 0 & 1 gauge, more expensive jumper cable sets work very well too.

Your typical $10/15 cables will not jump a dead battery, you'll have to leave them connected for 10 minutes or so with the jumper vehicle's engine running so that it can charge the dead vehicles battery some...
