Radiator Fan Relay

Have a 2001 T&C, error code saying bad radiator fan relay. Can't find it in the Fuse & Rekay center. Don't know if its labelled as something other than Radiator Fan. Any suggestions?

It is located in between the radiator and the grill on your van attached to the bumper bar. It looks kinda like a pincushion.
